Manage locations
Locations are your warehouses, stores, and offices. They give you a reusable address to rate from, ship from, and schedule pickups at, so you do not re-type an address each time. Manage them under Locations.
Add a location
Click Add Location and enter:
- Name (for example "Main Warehouse") and Type (Warehouse, Store, or Office).
- The full address.
- Set as default location. The default is pre-selected in the Rate Calculator and pickup scheduler.
Sync from a bridge
If your platform already knows your locations, click Sync from Bridge, pick an active bridge, and Sync Locations. Imported locations are marked Synced rather than Manual. Everything else works the same.
Manage locations
From a location's ⋯ menu you can Edit, Set as Default, Activate or Deactivate, or Delete it. The default location is marked with a ★.
Where locations show up
- In the Rate Calculator, pick a saved location as the Ship From address.
- In Pickups, pick a saved location as the pickup address.
