Get shipping rates
The Rate Calculator quotes live rates from a connected carrier account for a specific shipment. Use it to check what a package will cost before you commit to a service.

You need at least one active carrier account. If you have none, the page prompts you to add one.
Quote a rate
Fill in the form on the left:
- Carrier & Ship Date: choose the Carrier Account to rate against and a Ship Date (today or later). Test accounts are tagged so you know you are in the sandbox.
- Addresses: set Ship From (A) and Ship To (B). For Ship From you can pick a saved location to auto-fill, or enter an address manually. A green check appears when an address is complete (street, city, state, and ZIP).
- Package Details: enter the Weight (required; pick lb, oz, kg, or g) and, optionally, Dimensions (L, W, H in in or cm). Dimensions are only sent if you fill in all three.
Click Get Rates.
Read the results
Rates come back on the right, sortable by Price or Speed. Each rate card shows the service name, price, transit time, and estimated delivery date. Two badges call out the standouts: BEST for the lowest price and FAST for the fewest transit days. Expand Details to see the breakdown of base rate, surcharges, and any discounts.
Use the copy button on a rate to put a formatted summary on your clipboard.
The Rate Calculator is for quotes only. Selecting a rate here does not purchase a label or create a shipment. Labels are produced by your fulfillment platforms and synced back to Orderly as shipments.
