Read the Network Map
The Network Map puts your whole shipment network on one live map: shipments, carrier sort hubs, lane corridors, and weather, colored by risk. A tracking map plots where a package is; this map is built to show where risk is building. It overlays ML predictions, hub congestion, and FAA airport delays, so you can see trouble forming across the network rather than one order at a time.
Open the Network MapWhat is on the map
- Shipments are a point at each destination, sized by order value and colored by state: red at risk, amber watch, blue in transit, grey pending, green delivered. At-risk shipments glow.
- Hubs are carrier sort facilities, sized by volume and colored by status. A hub turns amber or red when it is congested (dwell time running above its own baseline), under a ground stop or FAA delay, or hit by severe weather.
- Corridors are arcs between origin and destination lanes, width by volume, colored by the worst risk on the lane.
- Weather is a precip, snow, and wind severity layer.
Controls
- Layers toggles Routes, Shipments, Hubs, Weather, and Airports.
- Filters searches by tracking number or ZIP and filters by status (All, At risk, In transit, Out for delivery, Pending, Delivered), carrier, wave (a specific sort hub), and ship date or expected delivery ranges.
- Refresh re-pulls the network.
If the map does not load, refresh the page and confirm that the correct organization is selected. Check Orderly status for an active incident, or contact support if the rest of Intelligence is available but the map remains unavailable.
Drill into a shipment
Click a shipment to open its detail panel: the last scan location, the full scan history (click any scan to fly the map to it), and links to Copy tracking, the carrier tracking page, and the order in Orderly. It also carries the full prediction panel. Rescore re-runs the models on demand.
Drill into a hub
Click a hub to see why it is flagged: 90-day volume, typical versus current dwell time, the destination ZIPs it serves, its sort waves, its top outbound lanes (with transit times and on-time reliability), local weather, and any airport ground stop or FAA delay. See shipments through this hub filters the map to that hub's wave.
