Find unhealthy facilities and lanes
The Network & Lane Health board shows where congestion and transit drift are building across facilities and shipping lanes.

| Saturation index | Current facility load relative to its learned normal level. |
| Critical buckets | Facility or time buckets that have crossed a critical threshold. |
| Shipments | The shipment volume represented in the board. |
| On-time reliability | Delivery reliability across the selected network view. |
A saturation index above 1.3 is highlighted for investigation. It means the
facility is materially above its expected load, not that every shipment there
will be late.
Investigate facility saturation
The Facility saturation view ranks facilities by their saturation index. Start with high-saturation, high-volume facilities, then compare:
- how long the elevated load has lasted,
- dwell and movement after arrival,
- the lanes entering and leaving the facility,
- current late-risk and stuck alerts.
A short spike may be a normal sort wave. A sustained spike paired with rising dwell or risk deserves escalation.
Investigate lane health
The Lane health view compares transit behavior by lane, including week-over-week p50 drift where enough history exists.
- Find lanes with worsening drift and meaningful volume.
- Compare median transit with the slow tail.
- Check whether one carrier or service level explains the change.
- Open the Network Map to inspect shipments and hubs geographically.
- Review Carrier Performance before changing routing.
Sort-wave adherence appears where Intelligence has enough repeated facility history to infer a normal wave.
If the board is empty
Confirm tracking events include usable facility and timestamp information. New organizations need enough repeated movement to establish normal facility and lane behavior.
If the board could not load, click Retry, confirm the selected organization, and check Orderly status. Contact support if the problem continues.
