The Intelligence dashboard
Orderly Intelligence is a predictive layer over the shipments you track. It grades every in-transit order against its delivery promise and its carrier's transit SLA, ranks what needs attention, and shows the whole network on a live map. It is a full-screen surface you open from the Orderly dashboard, and it requires Intelligence access. Exit to Orderly in the top bar takes you back.
Everything here reads from the same Intelligence gateway the API documents. The dashboard is just one client of it.
Open IntelligenceGetting around
The Intelligence navigation is organized around triage, network analysis, data quality, and role-specific reporting:
| View | What it is for |
|---|---|
| Overview | Live KPIs and on-time-by-carrier |
| Alerts | Stuck, late-risk, misroute, and ETA-slip alerts with reasons and recommended actions |
| Intervention Queue | Every at-risk order, ranked by cost of inaction |
| Network Map | The whole network on a map, with risk, weather, and hub congestion |
| Accuracy Scorecard | Ingest shipment data and grade prediction accuracy |
| Carrier Performance | Reliability, transit, lane performance, and carrier feed lag |
| Network & Lane Health | Facility saturation, lane drift, and sort-wave adherence |
| Pipeline Health | Feed liveness, processing latency, poll yield, and unknown codes |
| Operations · COO | Throughput, exceptions, reliability, and at-risk value |
| Financial · CFO | Spend, shipment cost, SLA exposure, and lane profitability |
A global search in the top bar (Search tracking, carrier, lane…) and a LIVE indicator sit alongside the navigation.
The Overview view
The landing view shows the current state of your network. It has a KPI strip over two panels.
KPIs
| KPI | Reads |
|---|---|
| Network on-time | On-time rate across the network (%) |
| In transit | Shipments currently moving |
| Needs action | At-risk shipments, the count that feeds the queue |
| Avg transit | Average transit time, in days |
| Delivered · lifetime | Total delivered |
Each tile shows live, or unavailable if the platform cannot be reached.
On-time by carrier
A 30-day bar per carrier shows volume and on-time percentage, color-coded: green at 92% or above, amber at 88% or above, red below. Carriers appear here as their shipments deliver, so an empty panel just means there is not enough delivered volume yet.
